Trainers are constantly being qualified each year in NLP, or neuro-linguistic programming.  It is possible that you can go from knowing absolutely nothing about NLP to being qualified in the profession by the sixth week of training.  There are a few experts of NLP that stand out the most in the industry.  Igor Ledochowski, Taylor Starr, Dr. Milton Erickson, and Nathan Blaszak are all master trainers of NLP.  Some of them have been in the industry longer than others.

The leader of the hypnosis concept is Dr. Milton Erickson.  All of the other trainers learned most of their information from Erickson’s techniques.  Dr. Milton Erickson was known as the rebel of hypnosis when the concept was hard for many people to grasp.  During the 1950s, the American Medical Association banned doctors from using hypnosis in their treatment.  Dr. Erickson decided to fight this and was eventually set to trial.

Erickson confronted the President of the Medical Association on the flight to the trial, as well as another board member.  Dr. Erickson used his powers of conversational hypnosis on the two men, and by the end of the flight, they were all friends.  The ban on hypnosis was dropped, as well as the charges against Dr. Erickson.

A man who appreciated Erickson’s thoughts on conversational hypnosis was Igor Ledochowski.  He is a famous hypnotist and is very well known for his training materials.  He took the concept of conversational hypnosis one step further with his take on neuro-linguistic programming, also known as NLP.  Ledochowski was originally employed by a law firm after graduating from law school, but quickly became enthralled with the Erickson Hypnosis.  He left his place of employment and became one of the most well known hypnotists that we know of today.

Taylor Starr had a slightly different take on hypnosis.  After meeting members of a black ops club called “The Underground”, Starr learned the secrets of hypnotizing people without them realizing that you are doing it.  To be more specific, black ops hypnosis is when the hypnotist controls another person’s mind without letting them know that you are manipulating their mind.

As with all forms of hypnosis, there is much speculation about Starr’s technique.  However, he is one of the leading trainers in the industry.  There are many people who are interested in learning his concept and his unique take on hypnosis.  As with communicational hypnosis, you can use black ops if you are a salesperson, if you have poor self-esteem, or if you want to be more respected by your boss or colleagues.  Others benefit from better social skills and seduction techniques.

Another leading trainer in the NLP industry is Nathan Blasnak.  He has not been in the field as long as the other master trainers mentioned above, but he is just as popular.  For the past eight years, Blasnak has helped salespeople learn the benefits of using NLP to sell products more successfully, as well as giving others the self-confidence that they are seeking.  The other hypnotists in the field have labeled him as one of the best kept secrets and the “killer persuader”.
